Terms of Service
These terms govern the pre-registration service and core test participation provided by Lucive (the "Company"). By submitting the pre-registration form, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
1. Purpose
These terms define the conditions for using the pre-registration service, the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, and matters related to core testing and benefits.
2. Definitions
- Service · The Lucive pre-registration website and related features provided by the Company
- Pre-registrant · A user who has registered an email through the website and agreed to these terms
- Core Tester · A pre-registrant who has participated in the pre-release survey and agreed to active feedback and activity during the alpha period
- Dip · In-game points awarded for activities during the pre-registration period
- Promo Code · A unique identifier used to verify referral relationships at sign-up
3. Services Provided
The Company provides the following services.
- Pre-registration email receipt and confirmation
- Alpha launch news and benefit notification emails
- Core user pre-release survey
- Friend invite links and promo codes
4. Pre-registration Benefits
The alpha opens to all pre-registrants without separate selection. Additional benefits are as follows.
- For everyone · Pre-registration-exclusive promotional access to the basic service during the alpha period
- Referral 1st place · Basic plan free for the lifetime of the service (1 account · non-transferable · excludes premium plans)
- Referral 2nd-5th place · 5 months of basic plan free for you and all invited friends
- Survey completion reward · 500 Dip granted instantly
- Core tester activities · Additional Dip and separate guidance (specific benefits announced at alpha launch)
5. User Obligations
- You must provide your own accurate email and not impersonate others.
- Only one account per person is allowed.
- You must not obtain benefits through automation tools, multiple accounts, fake promo usage, or other fraudulent means.
- You must not collect, disclose, or misuse other users' personal information learned through the service.
6. Anti-Abuse
The Company may take the following actions against detected misconduct.
- Invalidation of the pre-registration
- Recovery of granted Dip
- Invalidation of issued promo codes
- Legal action in severe cases
7. Service Changes & Discontinuation
The Company may change or discontinue service content as operationally or technically necessary. Major changes will be announced in advance, and impacts on pre-registration benefits will be notified by email.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the following.
- Force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or similar events
- The user's intent or negligence
- Intentional service interference by a third party
9. Privacy Protection
Matters regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal information follow the separately defined Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes related to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
11. Changes to Terms
The Company may change the terms when necessary; changes will be announced 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). Users who do not agree to changed terms may stop using the service.
They will be finalized before the official service launch; changes will be announced via notice or email.
